Job Summary
Lead and manage store front-end operations to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience. Oversee omnichannel processes, enforce SOPs and company programs, coach and develop the customer experience team, and act as Manager on Duty (MOD). Drive KPIs for the team, participate in performance management, train and onboard new Team Members, handle cash reconciliation and basic inventory tasks (including RTV/ASN), and support events and framing services where applicable. Maintain shrink and safety programs, assist with dock and stock processes, and ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws while upholding brand promises and delivering friendly customer service in a public retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Retail management experience preferred
