Job Summary
The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier, with leadership responsibilities in maintaining all store operations. The role requires open availability including nights and weekends, and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, promoting honesty and integrity, and ensuring adherence to store procedures. Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty, coaching Associates, ensuring accurate Associate coverage, guiding the team to follow labor policies, communicating priorities to management and staff, recognizing and rewarding performance, supporting training needs, and contributing to shrink reduction and safety programs. The position emphasizes problem solving, effective coaching and delegation, multi-tasking, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changes while maintaining a positive customer experience.
