Job Summary
Coordinate receiving and merchandising activities, ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience. Role models customer service, trains and mentors associates on merchandising principles, ensures proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise, and maintains backroom organization. Communicates priorities to management and coordinates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor, monitors team productivity, and supports safety, labor, and loss-prevention programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to lift heavy objects

- strong communication and organizational skills
