Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor and ensuring Associates are efficient. Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles, maintains tagging/hanging/coding, and coordinates with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor while upholding safety, cleanliness, and backroom standards; supports store goals in productivity, shrink reduction, and customer experience with a collaborative, responsive approach.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
