FT, Convenience Shift Lead

Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of the department in a retail store, ensuring staff are trained, the department is fully staffed, and operate to company standards and KPIs. Responsibilities include ordering and maintaining inventory, reviewing/validating received orders for amount/quality/count/weight, ensuring proper storage, managing a team to complete stocking and production tasks with quality and rotation controls, staying familiar with product lines and store promotions, communicating and executing flight/work plans, supporting scheduling, labor and payroll expense management, implementing company programs and core values, and assisting the department manager with staffing, training, performance management, and goal monitoring. Requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and bookkeeping skills; proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint; and adaptability to varied tasks and environments. Travel is variable; safety, food safety, and PPE guidelines must be followed. Spanish language ability is highly desirable depending on location.
