FT CNA Float - 7a-7:30p (Greensboro, High Point, Burlington & Reidsville)

Support patients with daily living tasks, including meals, personal care, and progressive mobility to support recovery and plan of care. Assess patients' quality of life related to nutrition, hydration, and elimination to distribute resources and anticipate needs. Admit, transfer, and discharge patients in line with the plan of care. Assist with elimination needs, including ostomy care, enemas, and condom catheters. Maintain unit inventories of supplies and equipment to ensure a clean environment adhering to National Patient Safety Goals. Verify fall risk patients have appropriate arm bands, socks, and signage. Work 7a-7:30p shifts across Greensboro, High Point, Burlington, and Reidsville. Requires Nurse Aide I licensure and BLS certification.
