Job Summary
Process multiple transactions accurately for retail and commercial businesses while paying and receiving teller funds. Sell money orders and official checks, promoting BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing clientele. Maintain branch cash vaults, balance teller cash to meet management percentages, and execute policies and procedures consistently. Provide extraordinary customer service in a highly sensitive environment, managing confidential matters and deadlines while working under stress. Perform opening and closing duties, maintain security standards, and assist with other job-related requests as needed. Full-time hours include 6:45 am to 3:45 pm Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as scheduled. Located at 120 S. Mustang Rd, Yukon, OK.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or High School equivalency
- Knowledge of teller cash limits, teller machines, and preparation of teller work
- Ability to balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages as defined by management
- Maintain Branch cash vault (if applicable)
- Knowledge of consignment items and their issuance
- Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines
- Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
- Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment
- Able to perform opening and closing duties while maintaining security standards
- Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
- Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10-25 pounds (coin boxes/bags)
