Job Summary
Lead frontline cleaning employees while performing commercial cleaning duties, conducting quality inspections, and coordinating staffing coverage for assigned customer locations. Manage supply inventory, deliver equipment, and ensure cleaning tools are maintained safely. Respond professionally to customer requests and communicate operational concerns to the Senior Site Manager. Complete required inspections, check-ins, and reports daily. This working supervisor position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of commercial cleaning experience
- Three years of supervisory or management experience
- At least three years of management experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or another service-based industry
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- An acceptable driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- The flexibility to work schedules based on customer and operational needs
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, kneel, reach, and climb stairs
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Push and pull cleaning carts and equipment
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment
- Travel between assigned customer locations
- Early mornings, evenings, weekends, or schedule adjustments
