Job Summary
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe gym environment by thoroughly cleaning equipment, gym floor, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and locker areas. Complete the daily cleaning checklist and report any broken or missing items to the Club Manager. This full-time role operates on a third shift (10pm–6am), starting at $13/hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. The position offers comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401K with employer match up to 4%, health/dental/vision, life insurance, short-term disability, EAP, and more) and opportunities for growth into management. Physical demands include frequent lifting up to 75 lbs and standing/walking throughout shift. Requires a High School diploma/GED preferred and being 18+ years old.
