Job Summary
Conduct thorough daily cleaning of fitness equipment, gym floors, locker rooms, restrooms, and showers to ensure a sanitized environment. Properly dispose of trash, stock supplies, and report broken amenities such as toilets, faucets, or hair dryers to the Club Manager. Maintain front desk operations and provide customer service during temporary coverage needs. This overnight Monday through Thursday role at National Fitness Partners offers competitive hourly pay with scheduled increases, shift-differential pay, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401K matching, and free Black Card membership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Successful prior custodial experience preferred
- High School diploma/GED preferred
