Deliver resident personal care including hygiene, bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance while maintaining strict infection control and safety standards. Assist with activities of daily living, transport residents to appointments and social programs, and monitor vital signs, intake, output, and weight. Document all care actions, complete required forms, and promptly respond to call lights or report observations to the nursing supervisor.
