Job Summary
Monitor patient vital signs, implement diagnostic lab orders, and assist physicians with minor procedures under RN or LPN direction. Record EKGs, maintain and clean medical equipment, and collect data for Quality Improvement programs. Maintain current Georgia Medical Assistant license, CPR certification, and phlebotomy credentials; obtain security clearance including drug screen and criminal background check. Full-time day shift from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Join Centurion's healthcare team serving the Georgia Department of Corrections at Ware State Prison.
Required Qualifications
- Current Georgia Medical Assistant license/certification
- Current CPR
- Phlebotomy Certification
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
