Job Summary
Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and leading omnichannel processes. Assist Store Manager in adherence to SOPs, policies, and standards; drive KPIs and coach the customer experience team to achieve results. Lead in-store events, shrink and safety programs, and inventory processes (RTV, ASN). Cross-train in Custom Framing and, in stores without a Framing Manager, oversee framing solutions and workload. Serve as MOD, ensure positive representation of the Michaels brand, and support talent development and performance management. The role involves customer engagement, stock handling, truck unloading, and collaboration across departments to maintain a compliant, engaging, and efficient store environment. Required Qualifications
- Retail management experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
