Job Summary
Travel to temporary Lovesac events in third-party stores to represent the brand, increase awareness, and build customer loyalty through interactive product demonstrations and sales drives. Engage customers using selling techniques to manage quotes, close sales, and promote customization options, delivery, and post-purchase support. Assist in setting up and maintaining displays while adhering to visual merchandising standards, then oversee take-down and storage processes. Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, gather feedback for management, and meet or exceed event demand plans and key performance indicators. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays while traveling daily to local stores and events.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record free of major violations
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles from the location
- Must reside within the same state that is listed on the job posting
- Minimum of 1 year of high-paced experience in a retail or customer service role required
- Must be able to travel daily and as required by the Company in its sole discretion
- Must be able to move objects (including regularly lifting medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
- Must be able to assemble furniture and displays while working on the sales floor
