Job Summary
Experienced Bartenders needed for Roots Ocean Prime Opening Team in Darien, CT. Responsibilities include preparing and serving cocktails, pouring beers and wines, cash handling, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, ensuring drinks are made to recipes and customer preferences, providing exemplary guest service, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented dining environment. Must report on time in proper uniform, clock in/out as required, and support timely, courteous service while upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization. Required Qualifications
- Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service
- Proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer

- Display a confident and professional appearance
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
- Must be able to carry about 40lbs
