Greet guests by name, inform them of daily specials, and explain beverage preparation while taking orders and making recommendations. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and liquor regulations, verifying guest age and monitoring consumption responsibly. Clean tables or counters, remove glasses, and restock as applicable; deliver beverages to hotel rooms when directed and obtain signatures. Perform opening or closing duties, count cash floats, and cover other bartender sections when required. Liaise with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless operations while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Obtain a Gaming License and maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and specialty cocktails.
