Job Summary
Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, organizing back stock, and guiding Associates in merchandising and processing. Role includes training Associates on merchandising principles, ensuring tagging/hanging/coding accuracy, coordinating with management for efficient flow of goods to the sales floor, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the backroom, promoting safety and compliance, supporting shrink reduction goals, and delivering strong customer service. Requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience, with superior communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends. Location: Greensboro, NC; starts at $13.75–$14.25 per hour.
