Job Summary
Lead store team to deliver an elevated customer experience, drive omni-channel sales, and manage opening/closing duties and store operations. Coach and develop staff on trends, styling, and selling techniques; build a client book through relationships to drive traffic; mentor teammates, foster a high-energy, brand-ambassador environment; ensure exceptional service and multi-tasking across busy retail periods; oversee scheduling, flexibility, and adherence to store norms while leveraging all available tools for omni-channel selling. Ensure compliance with brand standards and contribute to a positive, engaging shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no sponsorship)
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of clienteling with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Customer service oriented with sales and styling aptitude
- Technologically savvy with entrepreneurial spirit
