Job Summary
Seeking part-time Resident Assistants for a senior living community, responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities and providing emotional support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One year of related work experience preferred, CNA preferred
- Ability to safely assist residents with ADL’s
- Skilled in caring for residents with memory impairments and secondary diagnosis
- Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to safely handle food in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge and understanding of state regulations
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
