Job Summary
Conduct daily kitchen prep for both lunch and dinner services, manage general cleaning and facilities maintenance, and move efficiently between stations while adhering to chef recipes and food safety protocols. Maintain prompt attendance and wear non-slip shoes, working in a fast-paced team environment with flexible availability for weekends and holidays. Schedule includes 36-40 hours per week as a full-time or part-time line cook. The employer provides medical coverage through Kaiser Permanente or HMSA, a 401K plan, a 25% employee discount, and an hourly rate up to $20 plus tips.
