Job Summary
Communicate with an assigned caseload of prospective students via phone, email, and text to encourage applications and foster connections with DTS. Answer program questions, maintain fast response times, and participate in Admissions events like Seminary Preview Days and online chats. Learn DTS programs, policies, and campuses while carrying out additional projects as assigned by leadership. Work one evening per week for dedicated phone calls. Requires a Bachelor's degree, recent DTS graduation or current student status, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Recent DTS graduate or current DTS student (preferably a ministry degree)
- Previous ministry, recruiting, marketing, or sales experience
- Able to lift and transport materials of up to twenty (20) pounds on occasion
- Able to work one evening per week for phone calls to prospective students

- Demonstrates outstanding customer service and the desire to serve prospective students
- Awareness of the intricacies of theological higher education and the ability to learn DTS degree programs
