Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding while maintaining their dignity and comfort. Monitor and document vital signs, observations, and resident concerns to promote a safe, caring environment. Work collaboratively with the nursing team to support physical and emotional well-being in a warm, respectful atmosphere. Requires an active Licensed Nursing Assistant license in New Hampshire. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available.
