Job Summary
FT Memory Care Coordinator responsible for coordinating events and programs to promote resident engagement, assisting with transport within the community, and aiding mealtime feeding under supervision. Requires HS diploma or related experience, prior senior living/healthcare exposure preferred, ability to lift 50 lbs, and weekend/holiday availability. Works to enhance happiness and satisfaction of residents through social interaction and lifelong learning activities within the Bethlehem community.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, degree, and/or work experience in social work, therapy, or related field
- Previous experience within a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Weekend/Holiday availability is required
