Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Maintain proper care records, report changes in resident conditions, and interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Demonstrate compassion, honesty, and dependability while working as a responsible team member. Must be 21 or older, hold a high school diploma, and complete required state training. Pass background check and meet all health requirements.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- successfully complete training as required by State regulations
