Job Summary
Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Maintain proper care records and report changes in resident conditions. Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Demonstrate compassion for the elderly, work responsibly as a team member, and communicate effectively while respecting confidentiality and privacy. Must be 21 years or older, hold a high school diploma, and complete required state training. Pass background check and meet all health requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- successfully complete training as required by State regulations
