Job Summary
Field Service Technician position in Philadelphia/Trenton focusing on installation, demonstration, maintenance and repair of marking, coding and labeling equipment. Responsibilities include developing reports per company standards, attending trainings, assisting in office-based duties when not on site, staying current on market and technical trends, and delivering excellent customer service. Requires electro-mechanical repair experience, PMMI certification, MS Office proficiency, a dependable vehicle and the ability to travel 2-3 nights per week.
Required Qualifications
- PMMI certification (paid for by the company)
- Experience in repair & troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment
- Ability to identify customer needs and match solutions with product/services
- Knowledge of industry and applications
- Computer literacy, esp. MS Office
- Must have own, dependable vehicle and good driving record
- Ability to conduct business ethically and professionally
- Self-motivated with strong desire for personal growth
- Strong technical, communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 2-3 nights/week
- Maintain work-life balance
