FSSC Sub-Regional Business Partner with English and Italian

Job Summary
Act as a Trusted Advisor and primary FSSC partner for Country/Regional Finance Directors, representing service operations in strategic business reviews. Manage service delivery for Italy and Nordic markets. Drive Service Excellence by reviewing and presenting KPIs/SLAs, identifying root causes of performance gaps, and guiding improvement actions. Ensure deep understanding of FSSC service scope, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the evolution of the service model. Facilitate workshops, measure financial and operational impact, and ensure compliance with policies and internal controls. The role involves global initiatives for efficiency, data-driven insights, and opportunities for international networking with travel up to 25%. Hybrid work model with a fixed schedule in Katowice, Poland, and a fast, secure remote recruitment process. Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering or shared services environment
- Proficiency in English and Italian at a minimum C1 level
- Solid understanding of finance operations and local business unit dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate metrics (KPIs/SLAs) into actionable insights
- Experience with change management, continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Team player with communication skills and proactive attitude
- Ability to drive results and influence decisions without direct authority
- Travel up to 25%
- ERP systems knowledge – Oracle E-Business Suite preferred
