FSSC Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead the Accounts Receivables team within the Global Finance Shared Service Center, coordinating day-to-day AR activities, overseeing cash collection, invoicing calculations within the AR scope, monitoring customer postings and disputes, and producing weekly/monthly reports. Drive process improvements, capacity planning, and KPI tracking while ensuring backups for holiday/sick leave. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance and 3-5 years of team-lead experience in Accounts Receivable; proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of team lead experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proven experience in leading a team is essential
- Experience in accounting within an international company is an advantage
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Strong team player
