Job Summary
FSR (Financial Sales Representative) responsible for engaging customers in person and by phone to understand financial goals and needs, educate them on Builtwell Bank products and digital solutions, and deliver trusted financial advice. Represent Builtwell Bank in the branch and community, participate as a dynamic team member to achieve branch targets, execute outbound calls to acquire and deepen customer relationships, and facilitate warm referrals to internal experts. Requires strong communication, critical thinking and listening skills, stellar customer service, basic computer skills, and demonstrated sales performance. On-site in Dalton, GA, with a focus on retail banking and customer-centric growth.
