Job Summary
FSQR Harvest Technician role at Cargill in Dodge City, KS. Perform pre-operational inspections, audit product and processes for specification compliance, sample and test product, conduct SSOP and HACCP-related SOPs, and provide production support as a specification resource. Requires eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, age 18+, ability to work in a cold environment handling meat products, and English literacy. Prior FSQR or supervisor experience preferred. 2nd shift, full-time with benefits; compensation $24.35/hr.
