Job Summary
FSQA Technician performing physical and visual inspections, documenting results, calculating data, and taking corrective action to separate non-conforming products in a Tyson Foods food-manufacturing environment. Role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, ability to work 1st shift, adherence to PPE requirements, and ability to read product specifications; leadership ability to motivate hourly workforce and complete Tyson paperwork. Strong problem-solving, math, organizational, and communication skills are needed, with flexibility to work where/when required and to operate under varying temperatures; background checks may apply. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the food manufacturing industry OR related Quality Assurance type experience
- Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be willing and able to stand for up to 12 hours per day
- Must work in cold/hot temperatures 30-90 F
- Must be able to work in wet environment
- Lock Out Tag Out certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work where and when needed
