FSQA Technician on 2nd shift responsible for monitoring HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and USDA requirements; performing pre-operational sanitation inspections; calibrating equipment for food safety; documenting non-conformances; monitoring metal detection, code dates, packaging, product temperature, weight control, and AQL paperwork; communicating with USDA personnel to ensure regulatory compliance; and completing related duties to maintain quality and food-safety standards in a beef production environment.
