Job Summary
FSQA Site Manager to lead and elevate our food safety and quality programs across a multi-brand portfolio. Responsible for developing and implementing food safety programs, maintaining HACCP/GMP/SOP documentation, providing leadership to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance, supporting continuous improvement, coordinating with production and R&D, setting up quality assurance systems for certifications, conducting audits and investigations, and ensuring lab equipment calibration and testing aligns with product specifications. Requires 2-5 years of quality management experience, a Bachelor's in Food Science or equivalent, proficiency with MS Office, strong math skills, and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent
- 2-5 years of quality management experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft applications
- Math skills (algebra, geometry, statistics)
- Willingness to work in manufacturing environment with GMPs
