Job Summary
Senior FSQA Manager responsible for end-to-end store food safety program, risk assessment and mitigation, audits, regulatory compliance, escalation and crisis management, and cross-functional collaboration with domestic and international teams. Leads the Store Food Safety Center of Excellence, builds franchisee risk-reduction capabilities through training and continuous improvement, and provides input on corporate evaluation and regulatory guidance. Requires a BS degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or related area and 7+ years of FSQA/regulatory compliance/auditing experience; able to travel up to 25%; role located in Ann Arbor, MI with a hybrid arrangement (four days onsite at corporate HQ and one remote day). Experience in developing and implementing strategies, cross-functional leadership, and strong communication skills are essential.
