Job Summary
FSQ Technician - Manufacturing on 3rd shift (6:00PM - 6:30AM alternative schedule) executing Quality Monitoring Scheme routines across manufacturing processes (batching, processing, filling, packaging), performing physical and chemical testing of raw batches and finished products, sampling and release of bulk and refrigerated ingredients, pre-operation sanitation approvals, CIP validation and allergen testing, coordinating collection and storage of finished product samples, conducting verification/validation of sanitation and allergen controls, reviewing and approving quality records, contributing to root-cause analysis and FSQ documentation improvements, and maintaining organized FSQ Lab area. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong written/verbal communication, documentation, and adherence to procedures.
