Job Summary
Formulate quality assurance objectives, interpret company philosophy to key personnel, and perform engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with vendor manuals and records. Apply statistical process control methods to analyze data, decide on product acceptance or vendor continuation, and review all QA activity data for policy consistency. Develop new problem-solving approaches, keep management abreast of significant issues, and present technical information to the team while directing administrative workers. Maintain knowledge of government and industry codes and play an active role on quality management teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Dairy Science, two years in dairy manufacturing, and supervisory experience. Schedule is M-F 7:30am to 5:00pm with some weekends/off-shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Dairy Science
- Minimum of two years training and experience in dairy manufacturing
- Supervisory experience
