FSP Vendor Management Specialist

Job Summary
Manage third-party study vendors and oversee vendor performance at the study level, including contract timelines, KPI alignment, and issue escalation. Develop and implement study-level vendor plans, coordinate vendor materials and meetings, ensure quality and regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH), and collaborate across cross-functional teams to optimize study execution. Roles involves vendor oversight, process improvement, and ensuring transparency for invoicing and sponsor requirements; remote-friendly within the United States. Requires strong project management, communication, and ability to operate within clinical development frameworks; background check and drug screening required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2+ years in clinical operations management
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ICH guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to establish and execute vendor plans
- Clinical Study Management experience with third-party vendors
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
