Job Summary
Recruiter II at Thermo Fisher Scientific helping to attract and secure qualified talent across manufacturing, operations, R&D, and corporate roles. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, conduct competency-based interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders. The role requires leveraging ATS/CRM tools, navigating HR compliance, and applying strong communication and relationship-building skills to support a global talent acquisition strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience with ATS and CRM tools, Workday preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies including social media, Boolean search, and direct approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in clinical research, pharma/biotech, or life sciences industry preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance regulations
- Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority
- Fluency in English; additional languages may be needed
- Willingness to travel up to 10-15%
