Job Summary
Perform advanced diagnostic testing and analysis to quantitatively measure pharmaceutical compounds in various formulations and biological matrices. Execute complex sample preparation and analysis procedures for stability and analytical testing while setting up and maintaining analytical instrumentation. Troubleshoot extraction and instrumentation problems independently or with assistance, and ensure QA findings are addressed appropriately. Review, interpret, and analyze data for technical, quality, and compliance with protocols, methods, SOPs, and GMP/GLP standards prior to submission. Plan and organize work with periodic supervision, communicate project status to the project leader, and provide assistance and training for other team members regarding routine operations, maintenance, and regulatory procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
- Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences degree preferred) or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years)
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple applicable techniques such as: HPLC, CE, iCIEF and ELISA
- Proven ability to interpret data by performing trend analysis
- Proven ability in technical writing skills
- Ability to independently optimize analytical methods
- Proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Time management and project management skills
- Able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Able to work in non-traditional work environments
- Able to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency
- Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
Desired Qualifications
