Job Summary
Clinical Research Associate (Level II) in Thermo Fisher Scientific’s FSP model monitors investigator sites using a risk-based approach, conducts remote and on-site monitoring, reviews SDR/SDV/CRF, assesses investigational product inventory, and ensures compliance with ICH-GCP and sponsor requirements. Responsible for site initiation, periodic monitoring, investigator meetings, essential document management, trial status reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to safeguard subject safety and data integrity. Requires a Bachelor's in life sciences or RN certification and at least 2 years of oncology monitoring experience; expects frequent travel (60-80%), strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or a Registered Nursing certification or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical research monitoring experience
- Experience monitoring complex Oncology studies, including multi-country/global trials
