Job Summary
Dexian Government Solutions seeks an FSMS Tier 2 Lead to serve as the senior functional authority responsible for resolving complex financial system issues, managing business process analysis activities, and coordinating with FSC leadership and DHS stakeholders. The role leads Tier 2 analysts and SMEs supporting financial operations, Oracle EBS functionality, system interfaces, data management, testing, reporting, audit support, and business process improvement initiatives for the USCG FSC BOS program in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities include leading Tier 2 support operations, supervising analysts and specialists, acting as primary escalation point for complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution of high-priority incidents and service requests. Requires extensive experience with federal financial systems, Oracle EBS/Oracle Federal Financials, and a Bachelor’s degree with an ability to obtain/maintain required security credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting federal financial management systems, Oracle ERP platforms, or enterprise business systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading functional support teams or business operations teams.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle EBS or Oracle Federal Financials environments.
- Experience supporting complex financial operations, business process analysis, and system sustainment activities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field
- Clearance: Tier 1 Background Investigation or higher & CAC are required to Start.

- Experience leading Tier 2 support teams or functional IT teams
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/Oracle Federal Financials
- Background in federal financial management systems or ERP platforms
- Experience with financial operations, data management, testing, reporting, and audit support
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field
- Ability to coordinate with DHS stakeholders and FSC leadership
- Security clearances or ability to obtain Tier 1 Background Investigation or higher
