Job Summary
Vice President, Fixed Income Division, ABS Lending. Responsible for originating transactions, collaborating with investment banking and capital markets teams to fit Morgan Stanley’s risk/return profile; manage all aspects of ABS lending transactions from origination and negotiation of key terms to structuring, credit analysis, and closing. Lead workflow and mentor junior team members; coordinate with clients, credit partners, accounting firms, and legal counsel to execute transactions. Requires 5+ years of ABS Lending or Structured Finance experience and an undergraduate degree; strong communication skills and familiarity with securitization structures. Base pay expected between $225,000 and $250,000 per year, with additional compensation opportunities.

- 5+ years of experience in ABS Lending or Structured Finance
- Undergraduate degree is required
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Familiarity with legal documentation and securitization structures
- Ability to collaborate and train junior team members
