Job Summary
Collaborate with investment banking and capital markets partners to originate ABS lending transactions that align with the firm's risk and return appetite. Cover the full transaction lifecycle, including origination, negotiation of key terms, structuring, credit analysis, and closing. Manage workflow and development of junior team members while assisting senior leaders in strategic platform growth. Execute all aspects of ABS lending by coordinating with internal and external counterparts, including clients, credit partners, accounting firms, and legal counsel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ABS Lending or Structured Finance
- Strong oral / written communication skills and presentation skills
- Comfort and familiarity with legal documentation and securitization structures
- Ability to operate collaboratively within a team and train junior team members
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mind-set
- An undergraduate degree
