Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit MEP, preparing layouts, shop drawings, and construction documentation for ductwork, piping, and equipment. Coordinate systems with architectural, structural, and MEP services while performing clash detection and resolution in Navisworks. Review consultant drawings, update models based on site conditions, and ensure compliance with project standards and BIM requirements. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and maintain proper naming conventions and model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, MEP, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HVAC BIM Modeler
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Good knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and MEP construction practices
- Experience in preparing HVAC shop drawings and coordinated BIM models
- Ability to understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under project deadlines and handle multiple drawings/models

- High-rise building and UAE/GCC project experience preferred
- Revit MEP
