Job Summary
Provide strengths-based coaching and support that empowers individuals to succeed in employment and self-sufficiency. Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans while connecting clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources. Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities, then monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated along the way. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This role is part of Forward Service Corporation's mission to help individuals across Wisconsin overcome barriers and achieve greater financial stability.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to participant success
