FSET Case Manager

FSET Case Manager responsible for helping customers access program services; develop relationships, monitor engagement, and provide guidance through enrollment to the awarding of benefits and services. Work with customers to meet program goals, assist in acquiring services such as educational and vocational training, medical, childcare, transportation, substance abuse/mental health, child support establishment, legal and related needs; follow up to ensure needs are met; collaborate with team to resolve participant issues; maintain accurate case notes and document activities; share outreach information with project staff; inform staff of barriers to engagement; promote safety in the workplace; perform other duties as assigned. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; operates in a fast-paced environment with ability to work both independently and as a team member.
