Job Summary
Collect and analyze comprehensive patient data in the Freestanding Emergency Department, developing individualized care plans and implementing nursing interventions. Exercise independent judgment while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to enhance quality and effectiveness of practice. Integrate research findings into daily operations, lead and mentor peers, and follow patient safety guidelines to report significant medical errors. Perform unit-specific duties including floating to various units based on business needs. Requires 3+ years recent Acute Care ER RN experience, current Florida RN license, and BLS certification within 30 days. Full-time rotating nights or mixed shifts with a sign-on bonus of $10K days or $15K nights.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years recent Acute Care ER RN experience (within the last year)
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
- Current Florida RN license or compact licensure
- FL RN compact license required within 90 days if held in another state
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- Full-Time employment
- Nights or Mixed (Rotating Weekends) shifts
