Job Summary
Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, install, and validate GMP equipment including IQOQ procedures. Organize strategic sales promotions and proposals for major customers covering maintenance contracts, inspections, and spare parts. Collaborate with domestic and worldwide branches to manage customer outcomes through revenue forecasting and quality control. Deliver mid to large-scale installation projects as project manager while preparing for new equipment launches and obtaining service trainer certification. Provide customer support via remote assistance or dispatching field engineers to customer sites. Based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, this on-site role requires a Biology or Engineering major with over three years of field service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Major in Biology, Biochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related
- More than 3 years of experience in field service or related engineering department
- Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills
- Having problem solving mindset and business mind for better productivity, better speed, better results
- Experiences for leading or managing a small group or some small segments and encourage the team members
- Service trainer certification
