Job Summary
Develop and manage assigned sales territory with a focus on growing market share and achieving sales targets by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing dental professionals and practice owners. Conduct face-to-face sales calls and consultations to present comprehensive product, technology, and business solutions offerings. Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and territory planning, then negotiate and close sales opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and pipeline development, responding promptly to inquiries and participating in educational programs and industry events. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts to execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives. This role is based out of the Toronto Branch, requires travel throughout the GTA and GTA East, and offers a salary range of $70,000-80,000 plus commissions and a vehicle allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- 3–5 years of professional sales experience
- Experience developing and growing a sales territory
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive results
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM platforms and business technology tools
- This position is based out of our Toronto Branch and requires travel and support of a territory throughout GTA and GTA East
Desired Qualifications
- Dental industry experience is considered a strong asset, but is not required
