Job Summary
Promote compact equipment and construction technology solutions including grade control, drones, and telematics by locating, calling, and managing new prospects within your assigned territory. Actively manage all account facets, deliver post-proposal systems with installation and training, and support customers on active agreements. Maintain demo inventory, participate in product demonstrations, and escalate support issues when calls exceed allowed time. Comply with company policies and governmental regulations while keeping assigned vehicles and inventory clean and well-maintained. Perform administrative duties accurately and represent the organization professionally at industry and educational events.
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated, energetic, and ability to work with little oversight
- Not afraid to work with your hands and use basic hand tools
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Formal degree in Surveying or Geomatics, or 3 years hands on experience with technology products used in surveying and construction industry
- Sound working knowledge of Topcon machine control
- Experience with other manufacturers (machine control)
- Working knowledge of Magnet Office
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Carlson
- Working knowledge of AGTEK
- Working knowledge of Trimble Business Center software
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Must attend work regularly and arrive at work on time
Desired Qualifications
- Part 107 pilot's license
- Knowledge of heavy construction workflows and processes
